Passionate about human potential and collaboration, she dedicates her life’s work to helping individuals and organizations naturally excel.

As an Executive Coach and Team Performance Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience, Claudia has trained, coached, and facilitated over 1,000 leaders and their teams globally in Danish, English, German, and French.

Claudia merges profound human insights with almost two decades of international business experience. She has held corporate and matrix leadership roles, including Business Development Director, Vice President Marketing, and Marketing Director at leading companies like Carlsberg Breweries and Coca-Cola Bottling.

She also revitalized Time Manager International Denmark as a Partner and CEO during its 2008 relaunch.

In 2016, Claudia launched the Redefining Performance Project, which led to publishing her book, “ALIGN! The art and craft of leading performance with ease and joy.”

She also founded the Redefining Performance leadership networks with F5, where she serves as Network Director for four networks, guiding around 100 leaders from diverse industries in enhancing their performance leadership practices and strategies.

Since 2007, Claudia has partnered with Acuity World, contributing to global corporate transformation and team performance coaching programs.
